Reducing Unnecessary Power Consumption
We began the design process for the Ace with one goal in mind, produce a classic silhouette with less labor, waste, and energy consumption tha anyone else. What resulted was a product unlike any other in the market.
Our production process allows us to inject the outsole and midsole at once, thus eliminating the gluing process entirely, also reducing any need for sewing or scrap materials. This unique technique both enhances the stability of the product, but substantially reduces overall energy consumption for this product line.
