We'll send you email updates at just about every step of your order's journey.
Note that we process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that shipping times do not include processing time. Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We currently cannot update an order shipping address - our system is automated so that all requests are sent directly to warehouse for immediate pick and pack.

For deliveries in the United States
For all orders under $75 USD, the shipping costs indicated at checkout will apply.
Our shipping goes with UPS and the following service levels will be offered at checkout:
UPS Ground*: Up to 5 days
UPS 2 days air*: Up to 2 days
UPS next day*: Up to 1 day

Can I expedite my shipping?
You are able to choose a variety of delivery options at checkout, depending on your region. However, we are unable to edit shipping and delivery preferences once an order has been placed.
I ordered multiple items. Will I receive them separately?
It is possible that orders that contain more than one item will ship from different locations at different times, and in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be fulfilled in more than one shipment.
You will receive an email update and tracking information for every possible shipment.
My tracking number shows as delivered but I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If you see that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, be sure to check around your property, with your neighbors, or with any other members of your household. The package may have been left in a secure location if you weren't around at the time of delivery.
If you still can't locate it, please send us a note and we'll gladly get to the bottom of it.
What if I want to cancel or change my order?
We cannot modify orders once they are placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
