You have 30 days from the delivery to return your items.
Shoes must be returned in new condition with original packaged contents. Your items should be tried indoors on clean surface.
We guarantee against manufacturer's defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us with the details for such claims.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
Worn items, final sale / clearance items, and free gifts or promotional items with retail value are non-refundable.
Items not purchased on this website, including department stores or other online retailers, should be returned to the originating retailer and are subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
